This relaxing and nourishing treatment begins with a gentle full body exfoliation using Caudalie's Crushed Cabernet Scrub to gently eliminate dead skin cells, reduce skin unevenness, all while nourishing for an immediate "new skin" effect. Grape seed oil, brown sugar and honey are the potent ingredients, ensuring your skin left smooth, soft and prepped for the remaining products.

Once the body has been exfoliated and rinsed off, you are then cocooned within the heated blanket, coated in caudalie's warming vegan body butter, gently mixed with Caudalie's Des Vignes Body oil, enriched with argan, prickly pear, grape seed, sweet almond, shea, sesame and sunflower oil.

After is mask is removed, a refreshing moisturiser will be applied leaving your skin feeling free from oil, yet hydrated.

Indian head massage

Indian head massage has many benefits such as: Promotes hair growth by increasing oxygen in the hair follicles which stimulates growth and health. Prevents headaches and migraines by releasing built-up tension in the head and neck area and relieving muscle stiffness, renews and balances energy levels by working with the three higher chakras, relieves symptoms of depression and anxiety through relaxation, stimulates lymphatic drainage by circulating blood to the neck area, aid better sleep by reducing stress and improves circulation of cerebral spinal fluid.

This treatment is recommended every 3-4 weeks, or as per your therapist recommendation.

This is a gentle, relaxing, non-intrusive treatment of the ears, thought to have originated from the Hopi Tribe of Native American Indians.

Ear candling may bring relief from a range of conditions, including: Excessive or compacted ear wax, sinusitis, migraines, stress, relief from pain in the ears during flying and tinnitus. This treatment can be combined with other treatments for the ultimate relaxing experience such a reflexology or blended aromatherapy massage.

Reflexology is a touch therapy treatment that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body and reflexologists work these points and areas.

After one or two treatments your body may respond in a very noticeable way. Most people note a sense of well-being and relaxation however, sometimes people report feeling lethargic, nauseous or tearful, but this is usually transitory and reflexologists believe that it is part of the healing process.

This treatment is recommended every 3-4 weeks, or as per your therapist recommendation. This treatment can be combined with other treatments for the ultimate relaxing experience such a Hopi ear candling or blended aromatherapy massage.

Crystal healing is a holistic therapy which focuses on treating the person as a whole and can be used alongside other complementary therapies.

Crystals are one of a number of finer vibrational ‘tools’ that can be used in this way. Each crystal vibrates at a certain frequency. Introducing this frequency into our energy field then allows our dis-eased body to remember a healthier emotional or mental state than the one we are currently expressing. In a crystal healing session, the therapist will assess the client’s energy field in order to evaluate which crystals are appropriate for the healing.

Crystals may be placed on or around the body depending on what is needed. Healing energy is then channelled and shaped, focused or amplified by the crystals.

As the healing takes place, you may experience an energetic detox, when negative energy quickly leaves your body. This can lead to difficult emotions being brought to the surface, whereby our therapist will support you.

A system of natural healing which aims to heal energy blockages in the body to help achieve physical, mental and emotional balance.

It is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows though us, and if this energy is strong, we are more likely to feel healthy and happy. Likewise, if this energy is low, then we may be more likely to feel stress or experience illness. During a Reiki treatment, the therapist and client may be aware of different sensations which are signs that Reiki energy is flowing, and the client’s body is responding to this.

This treatment can be combined with other treatments for the ultimate relaxing experience such a reflexology, hopi ear candling or blended aromatherapy massage. This treatment is recommended every 3-4 weeks, or as per your therapist recommendation.

This treatment includes a thorough consultation with our therapist, whereby she will gather a better understanding of the desired outcome of the treatment. The Therapist will then blend the oils together to suit these needs.

The full body is the massage using this tailor made blended oil. After the treatment we recommend to avoid alcohol and caffeine for at least 24 hours as massage is a detoxifying treatment. Ensure you drink plenty of water to assist in the elimination of toxins from the body.

Eat a light diet to assist the detoxification and healing process, and ensure you get plenty of rest as you may feel tired after treatment.

This luxurious pampering experience includes the soaking of the feet, rasping of the hard skin, cutting, filing and shaping of the toenails, cutice work, a foot exfoliation followed by a relaxing foot massage and painting of the toenails. This treatment will leave your feet silky smooth, with perfectly shaped and painted toe nails.

This treatment is great for removing dead skin, leaving your feet feeling fresh. Our callus peel treatment can be added on to this treatment for ultimate results.

A 70 Minute Deluxe Pedicure

This luxurious pampering experience which includes the soaking of the hands, cutting, filing and shaping of the fingernails, cuticle work, a hand exfoliation followed by a relaxing hand and lower arm massage, and to finish the precise painting of the fingernails.

This treatment will leave your hands silky smooth, with perfectly shaped and painted nails. Gel's can be added on to this treatment for longer lasting nails.

A 55 Minute Deluxe Manicure

Shaping of the nails and a choice of a Jessica custom colour to be painted. Perfect if you are in a hurry!

A callus peel is a revitalising foot treatment for people whose feet need that little bit of extra TLC. This heel treatment can be added on to our Mii Spa pedicure and our Mii Spa Deluxe pedicure.

The callus peel is a conditioning treatment designed to softed hard, callused skin on the feet. The peel contains active ingredients which loosens the bonds between dead skin cells making it easy for it to be removed with our scraper and then any remaining is buffed off with a foot file leaving your feet feeling amazing without any dead skin in sight.

Whilst the callus peel is working its magic, the therapist will then cut, file and shape the toenails, followed by the chosen nail polish. A gel add on can be added onto this treatment. A perfect treatment pre holiday.

Enhance your eyelashes with a last lift and tint treatment.

Lashes will look longer, fuller and darker for 3-4 weeks. For the first 48 hours after having your eyelashes lifted, we recommend to avoid sun expose, excess heat such as saunas and steam rooms, avoid applying makeup directly to the area and avoid getting your eyelashes wet.

A patch test is required 48 hour prior to your tint. Please book your patch test with us at the Reynolds Group to ensure you are able to have this treatment.

We recommend this treatment every 6-8 weeks, no less due to the structure of the hair.

Our brow tints gently enhance and improve the look of the brows, this can be suttle or dark dependant on the client. Brow tinting is safe and leaves your brows looking fantastic. We recommend tinting every two to four weeks.
(Please note that a 24 hour patch test is required for all new clients at Reynolds wishing to undergo tinting.)
