Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash value. Voucher number must be declared at time of booking and presented on the day of redemption. Cancellation of online voucher purchases will only be permitted within and including 14 days. Can only be redeemed on Treatments. Vouchers will be conceded as per our cancellation policy for any no shows or cancellations. Gift voucher recipient must be 18 years of age or older. Any vouchers bought for someone under 18 years old will not be refunded, but will be transferred. Purchasing a voucher online doesn't guarantee a date and time. Refunds won't be permitted due to a lack of availability. Voucher is for a treatment only and does not include use of spa facilities. Many of our treatments can be enjoyed, or tailored specifically for you, when you are pregnant, but please ask for more details when booking if you have any concerns. Please note that we only offer selected treatment during the first trimester.
