Our gel pedicure includes soaking of the feet, softening of the cuticles and hard skin ready for removal. Your therapist will then cut and shape your toenails to your desired length.

This is then followed by an application of gel polish, completed with a lower leg and foot massage.

This luxurious pampering experience which includes the soaking of the hands, cutting, filing and shaping of the fingernails, cuticle work, a hand exfoliation followed by a relaxing hand and lower arm massage, and to finish the precise painting of the fingernails.

This treatment will leave your hands silky smooth, with perfectly shaped and painted nails. Gel's can be added on to this treatment for longer lasting nails.

This treatment is recommended every 3-4 weeks, or as per your therapist recommendation.

Crystal Healing Treatment

Crystal healing is a holistic therapy which focuses on treating the person as a whole and can be used alongside other complementary therapies.

Crystals are one of a number of finer vibrational ‘tools’ that can be used in this way. Each crystal vibrates at a certain frequency. Introducing this frequency into our energy field then allows our dis-eased body to remember a healthier emotional or mental state than the one we are currently expressing. In a crystal healing session, the therapist will assess the client’s energy field in order to evaluate which crystals are appropriate for the healing.

Crystals may be placed on or around the body depending on what is needed. Healing energy is then channelled and shaped, focused or amplified by the crystals.

As the healing takes place, you may experience an energetic detox, when negative energy quickly leaves your body. This can lead to difficult emotions being brought to the surface, whereby our therapist will support you.

This treatment can be combined with other treatments for the ultimate relaxing experience such a reflexology, Hopi ear candling or blended aromatherapy massage.
