“Wow! Such a relaxing time away and time to switch off… which I certainly did! Greeted on arrival by an amazing reception team who were very polite and helpful. We then had a chance to put our stuff away in a locker and head down to the pool area. The facility is really good as it’s split up into areas so the pool and seats in the sun and sauna are all located in close proximity but not too close so there is plenty of space. After a couple of hours we had afternoon tea outside the back which has a breathtaking view of the forest overlooking amazing scenery and really good friendly staff who would help everyone which was nice to see! 10/10 experience.”

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash value. Voucher number must be declared at time of booking and presented on the day of redemption. Cancellation of online voucher purchases will only be permitted within and including 14 days. Can only be redeemed on Treatments and Spa Days. Vouchers will be conceded as per our cancellation policy for any no shows or cancellations. Gift voucher recipient must be 18 years of age or older. Any vouchers bought for someone under 18 years old will not be refunded, but will be transferred. Purchasing a voucher online doesn't guarantee a date and time for a spa day. Refunds won't be permitted due to a lack of availability. An additional £10 upgrade fee per person will be required if booking in your voucher on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Many of our treatments can be enjoyed, or tailored specifically for you, when you are pregnant, but please ask for more details when booking if you have any concerns. Please note that we only offer selected treatments during the first trimester.

Afternoon Tea & Spa Facilities

Enjoy Two hours of pure switch off time with full access to our facilities from 14:00 - 16:00. Unwind in the sauna and steam rooms, ease tired feet in the foot spas, and let the monsoon showers refresh you from head to toe. Take a gentle dip in the hydrotherapy pool, or if you fancy it, make the most of the gym and any classes running on the day.

When you are ready, settle in for a beautifully served Afternoon Tea with a tempting selection of cakes, sandwiches and scones, paired with a pot of tea or a filter coffee.
To make it feel extra pampered, robe, towel and slipper hire is included.
