A system of natural healing which aims to heal energy blockages in the body to help achieve physical, mental and emotional balance.

It is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows though us, and if this energy is strong, we are more likely to feel healthy and happy. Likewise, if this energy is low, then we may be more likely to feel stress or experience illness. During a Reiki treatment, the therapist and client may be aware of different sensations which are signs that Reiki energy is flowing, and the client’s body is responding to this.

This treatment can be combined with other treatments for the ultimate relaxing experience such a reflexology, hopi ear candling or blended aromatherapy massage. This treatment is recommended every 3-4 weeks, or as per your therapist recommendation.

This luxurious pampering experience includes the soaking of the feet, rasping of the hard skin, cutting, filing and shaping of the toenails, cutice work, a foot exfoliation followed by a relaxing foot massage and painting of the toenails. This treatment will leave your feet silky smooth, with perfectly shaped and painted toe nails.

This treatment is great for removing dead skin, leaving your feet feeling fresh. Our callus peel treatment can be added on to this treatment for ultimate results.

Reynolds Deep Cleansing Back Treatment

This 25 minute deep cleansing back treatment starts with a purifying cleanse of the back, followed by an exfoliation & clay mask to deeply purify and detox the back. Whilst the mask is being absorbed into the skin, the therapist will perform a relaxing scalp massage to ease away tension.

After is mask is removed, a refreshing moisturiser will be applied leaving your skin feeling free from oil, yet hydrated.
